D$pence & Dave Lord – Still Here Still – The EP
Following up “RAPMAN!” with the 8 track EP “Still Here Still,” D$pence shows exactly what it means to elevate your game over the course of a couple albums. “RAPMAN!” was good, but “Still Here Still” blows it out of the water. Coming out of VA, D$pence delivers an abundance of punch lines through out the EP. Produced by Dave Lord, the most notable track is Still Here Still, “Rap scholar, been great, got college flow, do everything my Penn State.” On the aptly named track One Minute of Phlegm, D$pence gives a 90 second demonstration of his lyrical skill. With tracks showcasing his ability to make a club song to tracks showcasing lyrical ability, “Still Here Still – The EP” offers a fresh, easy listening sound that will fit almost any mood.
This album is throwed. I must say my favorite track is "Big Deal." D$pences lyrical ability is somethin' to talk about. These beats are also off the chain.
